Upgrades: You can extend your Business Plan with targeted options that are useful in specific situations. We would be happy to send you an offer for the Business Plan and the Upgrades you need.

Implementation Support: If you need support after delivering the Business Plan our hourly rate is 80 Fr.

Other Costs: Costs from third parties such as software licenses, hosting costs, etc, as well as VAT and travel costs (upon your request only) are not included in the Support Fee. In some cases we might ask you to sponsor the involvement of a subject-matter expert that might give a voice in favour of your project.
