Phase1. Gap Analysis: Your Business Coach will study and identify areas of strength and the pain points of your business.

Phase2. Solutions Catalog: Based on the Gap Analysis, your Coach will tailor a catalog of solutions with time and cost estimations, from which you can shop.

Phase3. Implementation: The actual work starts here. We will work out a Roadmap and for every task to implement the solutions you have selected, you will be able to choose the support model:

• Self-Implementation: You will implement the solutions yourself with on-demand guidance from your Coach or

• Outsourcing: If you are short in time, you will always have the possibility to outsource the tasks to your Coach.

• Corporate Website: Your current website will be either adjusted or overhauled in full (whichever is more efficient) to become compatible with future automations and compliant with industry standards (GDPR, data privacy, etc.).

• Video Tutorials: With our own video team we will be able to respond to pain points with tutorials for fast onboardings, training materials, promotional videos of your brand, system or products or recruitment videos to attract talents.

• Business Plan: Where a credit line or additional working capital makes sense, a professional Business Plan will be created for Banks, investors, insurance companies, and even for landlords, franchisors or authorities you might use it.

• CRM System: Much underestimated but the key factor for scaling will be your CRM system. It will be key to grow the B2B network and integrate it with calendars, quote systems, accounting, etc.

• Corporate Identity: The first impression counts and the second matters even more. We audit the brand standards and fortify your CI at every point of contact with third-parties.

A simple pricing model per Phase:

• Phase1. Gap Analysis: 960 Fr. (one-time if fully remote, physical presence would cost extra)

• Phase2. Solutions Catalog: 1280 Fr. (one-time, extensions will cost a bit more)

• Phase3. Implementation: For long-term projects our rate are as low as 70 Fr/h. Every monthy you will be able to define the monthly budget and priorities.

• Example: With a monthly budget of 2100 Fr, you get 30 hours of professional workforce, which corresponds to a commitment of 7.5h weekly.

• Other Costs: Costs from third parties such as software licenses, hosting costs, etc, as well as VAT and travel costs (upon your request only) are not included in the Support Fee.
