Large and very attractively located sites of decommissioned coal-fired power plants in Germany available as Brownfield Project. The Mayor of the City stands behind this Project and will be part of the round-table to be organized by Business Titans. Ideally located in the heart of Europe with its own port and railroad connection, international airport closeby and direct freeway access. 

There is no obligation to mandate Business Titans or any of its Associates but we stay at your service throughout all phases. The Project is planned to have 4 Phases. 

Phase1. Sale of Properties and Infrastructure:
Two power plants are built on 50+ hectares (500,000+ m2), On river-side (with sandy beach), 55-95Eur/m2 (commercial area) with possibility of conversion to residential area (300Eur/m2), very profitable. Sales and subvention discussions can be held during the round-tables to be organized by Business Titans or its Associates. 

Phase2. Deconstruction:
Business Titans works with designated project development partners in Germany which know the site very well and can be used for the deconstruction/dismantling of the infrastructure. The service provider that will be finally mandated shall guarantee the readiness of the site for phase 3 and 4.

Phase3. Project Planning*:
Given the size of the property and its situation at a main river, many options are available for the project to be built on this site: Luxury residential projects with commercial stores, (clean) energy parks, research centers, port for new silk road. Please note that the local government might subvention some types of projects. This can be discussed with the Mayor and the representatives of the authorities prior and during the round table.

Given the unique situation and size of this site, the use cases are endless. Apart from Luxur Real Estate Residences with a sandy beach, the decommissioned power plant properties can also be used as a business location for the worldwide distribution and production of electromobility, charging stations, batteries and energy production of hydrogen technologies. For an energy and resource center with its own transformer station for production lines for electromobility in the automotive industry and hydrogen technology in Germany and the world.
